SQIF Capital JSC hereby notifies that on 26 September 2025 it received a written order from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market for violation of the requirements of Resolution No. 80 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 April 2018 «On establishing the types of prudential standards for organisations carrying out brokerage and (or) dealer activities in the securities market and on approving the rules and methodology for calculating the values of prudential standards mandatory for such organisations».
