SQIF Capital JSC informs clients that the Broker's Management Board approved a new version of the Standard Agreement and new Broker Tariffs on 20 February 2024.

SQIF Capital JSC (the Broker) hereby informs that by resolution of the Broker's Management Board No. 20/02-1 dated 20 February 2024, the Standard Agreement for brokerage services and nominee holding services was approved in a new version (the Agreement), along with the Broker's new Tariffs.
In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, amendments, additions and changes to the agreement and/or Tariffs and/or the Broker's Regulations may be made by the Broker unilaterally and are communicated to the Client by publishing this information on the Broker's official website, www.sqif.kz, at least 15 calendar days before the changes come into force.
If the Broker does not receive written disagreement from the Client regarding the introduced amendments, additions and changes to the Agreement and/or Tariffs, the parties agree that the Agreement continues to apply on the amended and/or supplemented terms, and the Client agrees to the changes and/or additions.
Based on the above, please review the approved form of the Agreement on the Broker's website in the Agreement Forms section and the new Tariffs in the Tariffs section.
If you disagree with the new version of the Agreement or the new Tariffs, you may terminate the Agreement early on a unilateral basis by notifying the Broker in writing.
