Beware of fraudsters

Please be careful. This information is knowingly false.

The laws and rules of the AIFC do not provide for the registration of individual entrepreneurs without forming a legal entity as a legal form of company. Therefore, an individual cannot obtain a license to independently carry out regulated market activities or ancillary services in or from the AIFC.
