SQIF Capital JSC informs clients that the Broker's Management Board approved new Broker Tariffs on 27 November 2023.

SQIF Capital JSC (the Broker) hereby informs that by resolution of the Broker's Management Board No. 27/11-1 dated 27 November 2023, the Broker's new Tariffs were approved.
In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, amendments, additions and changes to the agreement and/or Tariffs and/or the Broker's Regulations may be made by the Broker unilaterally and are communicated to the Client by publishing this information on the Broker's official website, www.sqif.kz, at least 15 calendar days before the changes come into force.
If the Broker does not receive written disagreement from the Client regarding the introduced amendments, additions and changes to the Agreement and/or Tariffs, the parties agree that the Agreement continues to apply on the amended and/or supplemented terms, and the Client agrees to the changes and/or additions.

If you disagree with the new Tariffs, you may terminate the Agreement early on a unilateral basis by notifying the Broker in writing.
